•living on southern BBQ and fine red wine, Eric resides in the Carolina’s and is a founding member of The Peelers. A world traveller and accomplished musician, he has gone from Spain to Indonesia, and sax to penny whistle, he lends a unique mix of wit, fashion sense, and musical talent to the line-up.
Dave Barton Vocals, Acoustic Guitar, Mandolin
•the primary songwriter, and driving force from the beginning, Barton is a self-taught guitarist and singer. Armed with a self-proclaimed love for American and Irish history, John Powers Whiskey, Mexican beer and a penchant for travel, his songs often reflect the merger of these indulgences. Aside from The Peelers, he also occasionally takes the stage with traditional act The Whiskey Dealers, and has performed countless times as a member of the legendary Canadian Celtic rock act, The Mahones.

•just a city boy, born and raised in… Chicago

•a highly sought after studio musician and sideman who the band is lucky to have in the line-up. A real pro with edification in Jazz Guitar Performance, Ayron has toured the world with such acts as Taxi Chain, The Mahones, Wild Strawberries, Pagan Mary, Kevin Quain & the Mad Bastards, Bluespoon, and of course, The Peelers.
Thomas Nelson MacPherson Button Accordion, Vocals
•he goes by Nelson, he is the anchor, and is a founding member of the band. When he’s not performing, Nel does the punk rock thing and milks cows on his farm in Glengarry, although he has toured North America many times over with The Peelers and his old band Hadrian’s Wall.
